What is a Reiki Attunement?

A Reiki attunement is an initiation or preparation performed by a Reiki master teacher to impart the knowledge to the student on how to access and transfer Reiki energy. The attunement creates the connection in the student with the universal light force energy in a moment of enlightenment.
During the Reiki attunement, the student learns how to impart this energy to another person, as well as maintaining the tradition alive by following reiki lineage.

There are three levels of Reiki Attunement

Level 1 Reiki attunement is an initiation process that connect a student to the energy of Reiki and allows the student to use Reiki to aid in healing. During this attunement, the student is opened up energy channels and attuned to the Reiki frequency.

Level 2 Reiki attunement expands the student’s understanding and broaden the access to more powerful healing energies. By learning symbols, the student gains a deeper understanding of healing potential, as well as access to more powerful energies. This level may be used to treat others in paid for therapies

Level 3 Reiki attunement. Master Level Reiki is the highest level of Reiki practice and is reserved for practitioners who have undergone intensive training and practice. At the master level, a practitioner is prepared to teach and initiate others in the Reiki path. As a master practitioner, one is able to utilise the use of symbols, attune others to Reiki and apply powerful techniques for healing. The master practitioner has developed a much deeper connection with the Reiki energies, which allows them to access specific transformations and make soul level healings. The master level practitioner is an advanced healer and teacher of Reiki, and is constantly working on refining their abilities and deepening their resonance with the Reiki energies.
